Common Questions
Account Issues
- Can't log in? Try signing in with Google if you originally registered with Google. If you used email/password, make sure you're using the correct email address.
- Want to delete your account? Email us at [email protected] and we'll remove your account and all associated data.
- Change your email? Contact support and we'll update it for you.
Subscription & Billing
- How do I upgrade? Click "Upgrade" in the app or visit the Pricing page.
- How do I cancel? Go to Profile > Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Need a refund? Email [email protected] with your account email and reason. We handle refunds case-by-case.
App & Features
- Camera not working? Make sure your browser has camera permissions enabled. Try Chrome or Safari for best results.
- Recipe not accurate? You can edit the ingredient list before generating — swap, add, or remove items as needed.
- Dietary filters not applying? Make sure you've set your preferences in "Diet Prefs" (Pro+ only) and saved them before generating a recipe.
